- Hi! =] I'm Erin! I'm not quite sure why I started this blog.. well I kinda know. All I know is that I love baking. I bake when I'm happy, sad, angry, even sick (haha, don't worry I don't let anyone eat what I make when I'm sick... I eat it all =] ) This might sound crazy but I decided to write about when I bake, why I bake, and what I bake! Baking is an adventure. Sometimes it turns out to be a complete disaster, but hey, it's about the feeling of happiness during and after the journey. =] Hope y'all enjoy <3 OOOOOOOOH YEAH, and about the "Mimi's Cupcakes and More" My sister Amy also shares my love for baking... well, she loves decorating! So as a team we LOVE creating happiness together, not just for us but for others! We are asked by family members and friends all the time to put something together for their special day whether it be cupcakes, a cake, cookies, and such. Oh, not just baked goods either! We are also scrapbooking fiends! So we get asked to do scrapbooks and invitations and such! I'll also be blogging about our adventures with our not quite founded (YET) business!
